The ps5 is fully working has some small cosmetic damage please see the photos. It comes with two controllers but they both have small issues. The white controllers down dpad doesn’t work and the red controller has slight stick drift. You can still use both controllers. It comes with a hdmi and power cable but not cable to plug the controllers into the console.
