Vintage Zippo lighter with REGAL branding (C XIV) made in March 1999. Used vintage condition with surface marks, scratches and natural patina from age and use. Lid opens and closes correctly with good hinge action. Insert is present. Lighter is tested and working but will be sold empty with no fuel.
