Harley Davidson Touring Bikes pre 1993. These panniers came out from a 1991 Electra Glide Classic. These panniers are hard to find. They will fit the Touring bikes with the battery on the right hand side. Please check before buying to make sure that they fit. They have some marks due to age but no cracks. The saddlebags come without key but you can still find locks for them.
