This is the excellent AMT Z1i clip-on gooseneck condenser microphone for concert Flute. It has a shock mount to reduce vibration from the Flute’s body and keys. There is a detachable cable which in this case (the Z1I) plugs into a small belt clip preamplifier which is built into the body of an XLR plug.
