We have had this rig for 8 years and it’s been a solid foundation to our facility and the group training we have done. It may be 8 years old but it’s still absolutely solid. It’s super sturdy, it just has a few cosmetic marks here and there from use. There are 6 squat racks and j hooks with monkey bars running in the centre. We plan to under go a huge refurb with new squat racks with cable machines, that’s why we are going to sell and move on. Would be fantastic both inside or outside. If height is an issue, you could very easily take each squat rack and just attach to the wall with the use of the monkey bars. We contemplated this but we want cable machines. To be clear, no barbells are included. The only thing included are the J hooks
