We installed this thermostat a few years ago, but it was redundant when we had a heat pump installed. It worked very well while we had it, and we could control it from our smart phones, as well as within the house. The thermostat needs to be hard-wired to the central heating system - but that is simple to do. The items comprise the thermostat, heat controller, and instructions, all it their original box.
