please note! it does FULLY work it just stinks and needs someone who knows about hoovers to give it a deep clean. I unfortunately cleaned my wet rug which had loads of wet dog hair on it with it forgot to empty it out and it now stinks of wet dog when turned on ! it needs some TLC. SOLD AS SEEN. Tested & Working. its heavy also so expect a big postage bill.
