MSI GeForce RTX 4090 SUPRIM X 24GB (No Core or VRAM)
The core and VRAM are missing. I do not know what else is missing as I am not an expert. Lights turn on when the card is "running" as seen in photo. Fans are present, they seem not to turn on when there is a missing CORE.
