Fully factory reset and generally works well but slightly faulty as please note the controllers connection when attached is loose so they sometimes disconnect if not held at right angle when playing in handhold mode which can also make charging them a little annoying. This can be annoying so please be aware before buying . Though controllers work otherwise, no drift as far as I was aware and work well when held and connected wirelessly with switch in dock or on table etc. Works completely fine when docked which is included though with some scuffs, along with controller accessories. No charger. Selling as upgraded to switch 2 but I did continue to play on this (primarily in hand held) until now
