A preparation for raising the aquarium water pH value in normal and breeding tanks. It contains alkaline substances, which alkalise the aquarium water, increasing its pH value to the desired level. It stabilises the alkalinity of hard water in aquaria in which cichlids and other fish from the great lakes of East Africa – Malawi, Tanganyika, and Victoria – are kept and bred.
