So 12v ABS Spotlights as fitted to many imported Cruiser Style Motorbikes. The slotted holes in the back part are each 10mm x 45mm with a gap between them of 42m & that mounting plate is 145mm wide. The slotted hole centres are 95mm behind the rearmost of the twin spotlight/indicator hole centres.
