Amiga Atari ST Optical Mouse w/ nice adapter and extension
Most adapters are okay as-is, but when used with Atari ST, I just wished it wouldn't sit crooked (see picture). Plus I didn't like the +5v exposed, and moving jumpers to change modes was clunky. Commodore Amiga and Atari ST series computers.
