It is fully hallmarked with JD as a makers mark and EPNS for Electro plated nickel silver. Condition wise it has a lovely period finish, it looks amazing from any angle. A good looking and well made piece, these were made originally for the London elite in the swinging 1920's who were all things bling and sparkly, this is a 1960's Atomic era example.
