VINTAGE Leitz Model 110 Surveying Transit 12” Dumpy Level Telescope With Case. Overall good plus condition, front lens is cloudy, but the view through the scope is still very good. Item is missing the plumbob. Handle on top is broken. Overall a great item for display or use.
