XPTHC-300 Plasma Torch Height Controller Arc Voltage for fitting to a plasma table. I imported this a while ago with the intention of fitting it to my machine but I never got around to it and have since sold the table. It has been on a shelf for a while gathering dust. The case has the odd scratch from when I was measuring up a mount for it but other than that it's all as it came in the box.
