VERY RARE! ...The holy grail of modern collecting. A few of these were misprinted in the 1970s.. and somehow bypassed all quality checks. Just a " B " Stamped on the front. You can barely see the "all" under just the right lighting and angle... under normal conditions, they appear completely absent. No lid; easily replaced with a period lid.
