Please read all to ensure happiness. Item is new old stock. The glue to the lamp shade has lost adhesives and the shade will have to be reglued. This will more than likely require you to glue and then clamp until dry. I will leave this to someone who knows better than I. Comes with original mounting screws. I will include the original bag but is shows signs of wear and it’s dirty. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Thanks. I have tested with bulb and works great but no bulb is included.
