Machine powers on and motor spins but belt needs replaced so it will not turn top rotor. Top rotor will turn by hand. Cord where attaches to machine port is missing nuts for backside of plug so it can come apart. See the pics. Case is in good used condition. Cord is in good condition. Light also powers on.
