This mature sourdough bread starter (11 years old) is handmade and organic. It contains cereals containing gluten, and comes in a bag packaging. You will receive 100 grams of starter and instruction on how to feed it. It can be used for bread, focaccia, breadsticks, croissants, pancakes and many more recipes.
