The 1969 Festival took place on August 29-31, 1969 and featured Bob Dylan (four of his performances from the Festival appear on his 1970 album, Self Portrait), The Band, The Who, Ritchie Havens, Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, Edgar Broughton Band, Joe Cocker, Free, The Moody Blues, The Nice, The Pretty Things, Fat Mattress, Aynsley Dunbar, plus others.
