Scotch 23T self-fusing tape by 3M made on the basis of ethylene-propylene rubber. It is widely used for sealing cable connections in both indoor and outdoor installations. The correct application consists in wrapping (without protective foil) with such tension that the tape narrows to 2/3 of its width, and subsequent layers are laid with a 50% overlap.
