It can operate in three modes, sine wave mode, square wave mode, and no hall mode (that is, it can be used without a hall sensor). The mode cannot be selected, the default is sine wave mode. Applicable to a variety of motors, but only in-wheel motors with Hall sensors can use sine wave mode.
