This pair is used and has been sitting in storage. One box is missing a wire port (I do not know why) which can be easily replaced. Have not been tested but speakers do feel firm with no scratching. I had these installed in my car many years ago just for the mid and high tones. Sat in the back window. Bought at Gibraltar Trade Center.
