A Wooden Tribal Type Mask

It is a wooden Tribal type mask. It is black and brown. The eyes and part of the ears are cut away. The moth is too but has for upper teeth and I am not sure if on the bottom of the mooth it is one tooth or part of a tongue. On the back of the mask in the middle above the eyes there is a small hole but it is not visible from the front. It measures approximately 22 cm at the tallest bit and approximately 22cm at the widest part. It is in good condition.
