Wilcox and Gibbs Antique chain stitch Sewing Machine. This machine has an interesting guide bar attached to a cog in the middle. Also a shaped foot on the needle bar. Used for hat making. It is believed to be from the mid 1800. All parts are moving but as yet it is not sewing. Perhaps I am not threading it correctly.
