It is in used condition and good working order. It will come with the plates shown. No dies are included. It is in decent used condition. As shown in the photos there are a couple of surface flaws to the rubber handle. There is also a bit of dust in the nooks and crannies and, as always, some marks from previous dies to the plates but there are no more notable issues.
