The Argyll Kilt Jacket is a more modern style kilt jacket. It be worn for semi-formal occasions during the day, but also suitable for evening events. It is longer than the classic Prince Charlie, it is normally worn open. It has a single button closure with the same stag horn buttons on the pocket flaps and epaulettes. The lining is a black silky fabric and has one inside pocket The wool is a lovely shade of blue in a herringbone weave. There has been a tiny bit of damage on the front inside left side ( see photo) . It is small and almost unnoticeable.
