This MEDION 16” PC CRT Monitor is tested and fully working. Please note that the menu does not display automatically without selecting the menu button when turning on the monitor. These PC CRT’s are perfect as an all rounder CRT display as it displays any progressive scan image from 240p all the way up to 720p when using consoles. This display also supports 60hz refresh rate and probably higher as most of these displays offer up to 85hz. The only reason I can’t confirm if it supports higher is because I tested it with a console as I don’t have a PC. Cosmetically the monitor is in really good shape for its age. I am going to clean it up as didn’t get the chance to when taking the photos on this listing. Please see photos for details
