This is a complete but non-working set of 6482 Rescue Helicopter from 1989. Please read below before deciding to buy - set has all pieces present - many pieces are discoloured or chipped (probably through kids taking the set apart with their teeth!) - the 9v power supply doesn't work, which is probably due to some corrosion on the terminals. - the speaker for the siren and the lights DO work as I tested them with a working power supply. - one of the lights is blue but is meant to be green (the cover can be swapped if you obtain a green one) - instructions are generally good but have come away from the staples and have been hole punched. This is a decent sized set and is priced low due to the above issues. Any questions please feel free to ask
