New and sealed. The bubble is fully sealed with no dents. The cardback has some minor bits of storage wear and signs of age (see photos). There's some mildue inside the bubble, particularly behind the figure's head. This is due to how it was stored before I owned it. It was part of a storage find in a shipping container. The mildue hasn't got any worse in the 5 years I've owned it.
