This beautiful original brown covering features brown metal edges and accents. It has wood slat bumpers and ornate metal trim and edges that sit flat and flush. However, there are a few issues. The front middle lock doesn’t work (no key), but the lid clasps do. The leather handles on the sides are missing or broken, and the shipping label on the side is frail and may peel off during shipping. Additionally, the trunk is missing the lid hardware that allows the lid to sit ajar. Despite these flaws, the trunk looks amazing as is and could be refurbished. It also has that classic wood smell.
