Ordered two by accident and missed the return date to send one back. Brand new in box, never used. Delivery box opened to remove the packing slip but record player box was never opened. Great little record player for someone looking to get into records without paying an arm and a leg. Bluetooth connection works well and volume is great for a small case record player.
