Record has a moderate amount of hairlines, plays okay but surface noise is persistent. NM - Can have 1 or 2 feint hairlines/blemishes max but plays like a new record. For sleeves and covers its generally VG+ if almost good as new, VG if its functional but tatty and then G+/G will generally be seam splits, tears from sticker removals etc.
