Removed from first floor windows before BC sign off on new loft conversion, so hardly used. Replaced prior to building control sign off due to insufficient opening gap on the windows concerned where they are positioned (needed to be fire escape gaps). Light builders dust present in some areas, but otherwise essentially like new. Happy to arrange postage with a buyer but cannot understand eBay postage options so will need to arrange separately please, otherwise collection from Comberton CB23 7BS
