Fully tested and working Has been used so expect signs of usage. Dust etc in the vacuum although it has been emptied. Surface marks on hoover from it bashing against things etc Has been surface wiped and hair removed where possible etc. Expect some surface marks on it Please see photo I have sold a number of vacuums and electrical so have good feedback in relation to them. Will be sent wrapped in bubble wrap and in a well supported box.
