This listing is for a Vintage Singer 128 - 23 Centennial Sewing Machine AK068779 Mfg 1/15/1951 Runs. As shown in the pictures above the pedal is broken. So that needs replaced. The wheels turn when the pedal is pressed. However, the belt does need to be replaced. Please let me know if you have any questions.
