Purchased in an American PX on one of their bases at the beginning of an exercise, but in the end I never used it. The "three and one" refers to blanket/sleeping bag/poncho liner. It is like the American issue poncho liner except that it has it has zips so can be used as a sleeping bag. Please see photographs. It has always been in a no smoking, no pets household.
