Vintage Cabinet Makers Cast Iron Framing Corner Mitre Clamp This is cast with the Regd. No. 562193. I have seen others that were also marked with the name "Hughes", although this one is not so marked. It has good casting with no damage and clean screw adjustment throughout the range. Overall dimensions are about 5" by 5" and the sides are about 4 inches from the mitre point.Has patented roller system with elaborate gearing to draw the two sides of the joint together. These are stamped "Reg'd Roller" The clamp is all in good and clean condition and operates effortlessly. Please see my other listings for more old tools etc. including a similar 6" mitre clamp.
