Model is the Joie Emeri 2-in-1 Baby Swing and Rocker Fern. Can be lifted off base as a portable bouncer which vibrates, and has a leg that allows it to rock or be kept flat. When on the base it can rock side to side as well as swing forwards and backwards. Settings for each adjustable. Bought new for our last baby but didn't end up using it very much at all so still in excellent condition. I have washed the newborn insert, with a wash of all the fabric parts it would come up as good as new.
