These are the fancy anamorphic, wide-angle and ND (neutral density) filter attachments from Freewell. Whether you choose the anamorphic or wide-angle lens, you then also get a full range of ND filters that snap on top. Very light use, I only used the anamorphic and NDs, the wide-angle was never used.
