Fully tested and working Has been used so expect signs of usage. Dust etc in the vacuum although it has been emptied. Surface marks on hoover from it bashing against things etc Has been surface wiped and hair removed where possible etc. emptied cylinders and removed the fluff from the brush at the bottom. Expect some surface marks on it Comes with a separate brush tube as well Please see photo Comes with power lead I have sold a number of vacuums and electrical so have good feedback in relation to them.
