This Xbox elite series 2 controller does turn on, however it is missing the case, charger and thumbstick + cover. The thumbsticks do also like to unscrew themselves when controller is being used. It does connect to the console fully, and doesn't have any drift to my knowledge. Any questions please feel free to message me, and pay attention to the pictures carefully.
