Carbon Damaged Frame - the damage is by the lower bottle cage rivnut on the seat tube. It has occurred through the rivnut loosening over time and the bottle cage has then worn away some of the carbon. It’s likely non-structural and should be quite a simple repair. I have also seen that it could potentially be fixed by using epoxy to secure the rivnut in place. Sold as seen. There is also a patch by the bottom bracket where the paint has been chipped off by chain drops. Great frame - super light and great for racing or just generic riding.
