This lighthouse set including Stephanie and Kate has been hardly used- constructed then returned into box This set is complete with the box, instructions and some spare pieces The bottom of the ice cream cone piece has been slightly chipped (see picture) but is still perfectly useable and the small piece that has broken off is included Box is faded around the edges (see pictures) The back page of the instruction manual is creased but otherwise they are in good condition Being sold as part of a house clear out from a pet-free and smoke-free home
