Needs a new drum and the wire within See photos, it's been taken apart and I tried to clean it and fix the issue but couldn't get the drum bit apart to assess the drain cleaner wire inside Put it back together and had the metal thing left over so I've put that inside the drum for safe keeping - no idea where it belongs, it fell out while I was cleaning it The tool works perfectly electronically it's just the actual wire and drum that are knackered - looks like it's been down a really filthy drain and dried solid on the wire Could be an easy fix though Grab a bargain!
