Playstation Dualshock has a fault where it is struggling to constantly spin the disc, haven't got time to look into why. Could be a very simple fix. If you leave the tray open, and use something to spin the disc, it will spin for 5-10 seconds, then stop, then almost immediately start spinning again. It continues in this pattern. Does power up everytime, so just an issue with disc drive.
