It is a brass Crinoline Lady Bell. The lady looks like she is carrying a basket and has flowers on her dress. She has a nice ringing sound. She measures approximately 7cm from the top of her bonnet to the end of her dress and at the widest part of her dress she measures approximately 8cm. She is in good condition
