Near Mint (NM) - For records that play like new. Very Good (VG) - Mainly for records that play with surface noise, it should never be overly intrusive but will be audible in quieter sections. Sleeve and inlay grading: VG+ if there are little to no defects, VG if its functional but has obvious signs of use and then G+/G will be seam splits, tears from sticker removals and other major defects.
