The 2 way bag has both handles and shoulder strap. The outside has some wear to the leather, but no gouges/scraping. There is a silver coach Keychain tag on one side and a tan Keychain tag on the other side. The inside is clean, other than some pen marks here and there. Both inside pouches are intact and all zippers on this bag work great. All stitching is perfect.
