I bought this brand-new from Play-Asia a good few years ago. It's not the PAL version, it's NTSC, but will work on every PS4 console. It's new, the cellophane hasn't been removed or damaged, what you get is exactly what I got all those years ago. It was a part of a collection and was kept as mint as possible. I have never been happy with the box. While it isn't damaged, the way it was packaged and shipped could've been better. The outer cardboard sleeve is longer than the box and has been a bit bent by the cellophane wrap. That's an issue that every single one of these editions has, though.
